Ingredients: Italian Carnaroli rice, speck (pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavors, smoke), radicchio, onion, parsley.

Preparation: Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, pour in the contents of the bag and toast for one minute. Add hot broth or white wine gradually, stirring until cooked (about 17 minutes). Stir in butter or cheese for a creamy and flavorful result.
