MALVASIA GRAPPA - AGED 9 YEARS (0.70 l)
The Malvasia 9 Years Grappa is a rare and precious distillate, obtained from selected Malvasia pomace and slowly aged in wood for almost a decade. A long maturation that bestows extraordinary complexity, elegance, and balance, transforming the natural aromaticity of the grape variety into a profound and refined sensory experience.
In the glass, it presents itself with a dark, warm amber color, rich with golden reflections. The nose opens with broad and intriguing notes: sultanas, figs, orange peel, honey, sweet spices, cocoa, vanilla, and noble woods create an intense, evolved, and harmonious bouquet.
On the palate, it is velvety, soft, and enveloping. The silky texture and ample structure tell of the time spent in the barrel. The finish is long, warm, and persistent, with returns of candied fruit, caramel, and spices.
