Gin.it is made from a single infusion of selected botanicals, subsequently distilled in our traditional copper stills. A meticulous process that results in a pure, harmonious, and highly distinctive spirit.

In the glass, it presents as crystalline and brilliant, clear and transparent, an expression of precision and artisanal quality.

On the nose, it is intense and fragrant: juniper emerges decisively and envelopingly, accompanied by fresh citrus notes of orange and lime. Cardamom provides spicy elegance, while sage and ginger add herbaceous and slightly pungent nuances, creating a balanced and distinctive aromatic profile.

On the palate, it is dry, clean, and structured, with a soft entry that gives way to the liveliness of citrus and the warm spice of cardamom and ginger. The finish is long, clean, and persistent, with balsamic and citrus returns that invite another sip.
