Courgette Flower Risotto

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 96%, courgettes, onion, courgette flowers (0.2%), parsley.

Preparation: Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, pour in the contents of the bag and toast for one minute. Add hot broth or white wine gradually, stirring until cooked (about 17 minutes). Stir in butter or Parmesan cheese to taste.
